So I would recommend trimming those two cards as a default. Amalgam is probably the next-weakest card on average, in that it sits in the graveyard until it's triggered by a Narcomoeba, an Ichorid, a Nether Shadow, or something else. Compare Creeping Chill to Ichorid, which can do the same amount of damage in one attack and also provides a body for Dread Return, an enabler for Amalgam, zombies if you have Bridges in the graveyard, and something to Convoke to cast Hogaak, and you'll see that Ichorid has a much higher average value. In that situation, the 3 life represents another turn. The only matchup where that life increment really matters would be a Marit Lage deck. Creeping Chill is probably the weakest card on average, in that its ceiling is 3 life. They're your engine, and you really can't afford to mulligan with this deck.

For this reason, I would never cut dredgers. With Manaless Dredge, it's a bit different because you don't have draw spells to filter and serve as discard outlets, so your dredgers have to do the work. Sideboarding with Dredge usually involves subbing out various classes of cards (a dredger, a Dread Return, an Ichorid, a Putrid Imp) but keeping the ratios the same.
